Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order or request a return within 14 days of receiving the last item of your purchase, without giving any reason. If the final day of this period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, this window is extended to the next business day.

Cancellations
For standard orders, you can cancel unfulfilled items within 1 hour of placing your order. For customers in the European Union, you may request a cancellation for unfulfilled items at any time up until the order has been fulfilled.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. For EU returns, items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any diminished value of the goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items
For standard orders, final sale products (such as items from specific collections) cannot be returned or cancelled. For EU orders, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all products, except for customized or personalized items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as undergarments, swimwear, or earrings) if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that you (the customer) must bear the direct shipping costs for returning the goods. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request or notifying us of your withdrawal will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, standard refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For EU orders where the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or upon receiving proof that you have sent the items back (whichever is earlier), using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
