Order Processing & Tracking
- Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared. We process and pack orders Monday through Friday.
- Tracking: Once your order leaves our Montreal studio, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
- Liability: Newkid Archive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they are in the hands of the carrier.

Duties & Import Taxes
- Duties Included: For shipments to Australia, the Eurozone, Hong Kong, the UK, the US, Switzerland, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, all duties and import fees are already included in the price. You will not pay anything extra at customs.
- Rest of the World: Duties and import fees are calculated at checkout. Additional duties may apply upon delivery depending on your country.

Returns & Exchanges
15-Day Return Policy
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at returns@newkidarchive.com to request a return. (Note: Items sent back without first submitting a request will not be accepted).
- Once approved, ship your item to the address below. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund). If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, please initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so we can review the issue and make it right.
