ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared. We process and pack orders Monday through Friday.
Tracking: Once your order leaves our Montreal studio, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Liability: Newkid Archive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they are in the hands of the carrier.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Duties Included: For shipments to Australia, the Eurozone, Hong Kong, the UK, the US, Switzerland, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, all duties and import fees are already included in the price. You will not pay anything extra at customs.
Rest of the World: Duties and import fees are calculated at checkout. Additional duties may apply upon delivery depending on your country.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
14-DAY RETURN POLICY (AND EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order or request a return within 14 days of receiving the last item of your purchase, without giving any reason (this window is extended to the next business day if the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday).
To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. For EU returns, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any diminished value of the goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Submit your request by using the "Request return" link in our website header, or contact us directly by email at returns@newkidarchive.com (this provides a direct, no-login alternative). Note: Items sent back without first submitting a return request or notifying us of your withdrawal will not be accepted.
2. Once your request is approved, ship your item to the address below. Please note that customers are fully responsible for bearing the direct return shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS
For standard orders, you can request a cancellation for unfulfilled items within 1 hour of placing your order. For customers in the European Union, you may request a cancellation for unfulfilled items at any time up until the order has been fulfilled.
EXCLUSIONS & FINAL SALE ITEMS
For standard orders, final sale products (such as items from specific promotional collections) cannot be returned or cancelled. For EU orders, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all products, except for customized or personalized items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as undergarments, swimwear, or earrings) if they have been unsealed after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved standard refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For EU orders where the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or upon receiving proof that you have sent the items back (whichever is earlier), using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at returns@newkidarchive.com.
EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, please initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so we can review the issue and make it right.
