We process and pack orders Monday through Friday. Once your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

REFUND POLICY

 

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. We will review the issue and make it right.

To make an exchange, please initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
